Jason Petrie

Meet Jay, Head Chef and Manager.

Jay was born and raised in Ontario and moved to BC at age 20. While in BC, Jay attended Vancouver Community College to complete the apprenticeship program for cooks.
He’s been working in the food industry for over 20 years at many styles of restaurants.
After becoming a Red Seal Chef, Jay decided he wanted to see what the East Coast had to offer. With his passion for great food and great people, he fell head over heals for the Maritimes.

Jay has lived and worked in Hampton, NB for the last 10 years working as both a chef & butcher and decided to spread his wings to dive into the burger truck business in 2016.

I love my community. The people of Hampton are more than just customers, they are family.

Meet Trish, Manager and Ice Cream Creator at Snow’s

Trisha was born and raised in Saint John, NB, graduating in 1998. She has 2 College diplomas in Business Management and Office Administration which allows her to better understand the business world to run a successful ice cream shop! Trish has been manager and ice cream ‘design master’ since it has opened on Main St.

I love to create new and delicious treats for our community and love to see people travel from other areas to visit our beautiful town and enjoy our treats!
